As a Christian, you cannot afford to be complacent about fear. You must identify it and conquer it, or it can defeat you by stealing your victory! When you were born again by the Spirit of God, you were promised victory. God’s presence is with you always and His protection.

Recently the Lord spoke to me this thought: Fear is an enemy.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. NKJV

Fear is not just an emotional response; it is a thief of your life and accomplishments. It is an enemy to stand against by the Word of God. We are living in trying times, but faith is your victory over fear and worry.

Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. NKJV

This is why you should resist fear. Your God is with you always. Thank Him for sending angels to protect you. Your salvation provides protection for you and your family. Thank the Lord for making you an overcomer and more than a conqueror.

You are saved; spirit, soul, and body. 1 Thessalonians 5:23

Your soulish realm is your mind, will and emotions. It is your realm of thinking and contemplating decisions for your life. Think powerful thoughts.

Remember Job 3:25 For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me, and what I dreaded has happened to me. NKJV

You should meditate in all areas on the promise of victory for you and your family. Your Savior has all power in heaven and earth and He never leaves you. The Holy Spirit is in you always.

Whenever you experience difficulties in life you can remind yourself that you have within you something that transcends those difficulties. It is Jesus in you, by His Holy Spirit that enables you to face troubles victoriously.

Never be ashamed of who you are! Stand-up and don’t be afraid! The Lord Jesus supports you! Speak the Word of God!

Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer. NKJV
