What would happen in our lives today, if we understood that the entire world is subject to faith spoken in harmony with God’s Word?
We cannot speak God’s Word once but speaking His Word must become our lifestyle. We must be convinced that we are speaking words we believe because God said them. All around us is the creation of God is subject to faith and words spoken by His people. The World of Faith subjects the natural world to faith people. It always has. God gave man the authority over all things. How? You may ask. It is through His declaration of our creation.
Genesis 1:26-29 Then God said, “Let us make people in our image, to be like ourselves. They will be masters over all life–the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the livestock, wild animals, and small animals.” So God created people in his own image; God patterned them after himself; male and female he created them. God blessed them and told them, “Multiply and fill the earth and subdue it.” NLT
When we are saved, we are awakened from a spiritual blindness, we become a new creation. You have to be a new creation to understand this reality.
2 Corinthians 5:17-18 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, NKJV
This doesn’t mean you can go around just saying anything. To reach the goals of having triumphant realities operating in our lives will take commitment, courage, and daring to believe the Word of God is true. Our entire lives must be based on what we believe and say. We must realize what we believe subjects us to elements of life whether good or bad.
Proverbs 4: 23 Above all else, guard your heart, for it affects everything you do. Some translations tell us out of your heart flows the issues of life.
What we need to remember is God created all things by faith; things seen and not seen. (Hebrews 11:1-3). Now we know we are saved by grace though faith. We believe it in our heart and confess it with our mouth. Let me take you a step farther in the power of faith.
Mark 11:23-24 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. NKJV
Notice again, how belief and the heart are crucial to the point of even moving a mountain. Do you have a mountain whether literally, emotionally, physically, financially, etc.? Call on the power of God through faith and belief. Then say to the mountain “Be removed”.
The reason I can say these things is my wife and I have lived this life for 44 years. We have preached all over the USA, Russia, Caribbean, Central America, Africa and other places. We have had to believe God for everything you can think of from healings to miracles, supply, help, transportation, etc. All of this was by faith in our God and speaking His promises.
Let me draw your attention to Abraham’s faith.
Romans 4:19-22 And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb.20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.22 And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.”
Seven things to consider concerning Abraham’s faith:
- He was not weak in faith.
- He didn’t consider the obstacles.
- He resisted unbelief.
- He believed God’s promises.
- He didn’t waiver.
- He gave God glory.
- He was convinced God can and will do what He promised.
When Abraham believed God He opened a supernatural door that can still affect us today.
