Last week, our post was “Out of the Abundance of the Heart, the Mouth Speaks.” Our manner of speech can tell us whether we are timid, bold, fearful, and lack confidence about our future. It reveals a lot about our emotions. The important element is about Jesus being Lord in all areas of our lives.
Here is a quote Jerry Savelle from an article called Keys to Living the Good Life. “My good friend, Happy Caldwell, from Little Rock, Arkansas, was in Hawaii on vacation. Happy saw this beautiful house up on a hill overlooking the ocean. Happy said out loud, ‘I can’t imagine living in a place like that.’ And the Lord spoke to him and said, ‘Don’t worry about it. You never will.’ Happy said, ‘Lord, why not?’ The Lord said to him, ‘Because if you can’t imagine it or dream it, you will never have it.” Years ago the Lord gave me a phrase ‘if you can’t conceive it, you can’t receive it.’ So you have to dream it first. You have to be able to see it on the inside before it can ever become a reality on the outside. So dream it”.
What is in your heart? That is the question to ask yourself. Maybe you should get a tablet, then, sit down in a quiet place. Next begin to ask the Lord to show you your heart on different subjects. Ask the Lord for the spirit of wisdom and revelation. (Ephesians 1:17 & James 1:5) The object is to do your best to clarify what eventually comes out your mouth. When your heart is moved, touched, stirred or affected by anything deposited in it, the result is everything coming forth from you is moved, touched, stirred and affected by it too. What do you see as your future? Do you see God’s calling? Do you see the gifts He has given you? Do you see yourself living in the blessing of God? How do you see yourself?
You cannot hide yourself from your words. Let our loving God help you to shine a light on your heart. The object may be to get the conditioning from years gone by out of the way for God to prosper and use you mightily.
Proverbs 4:23-24 above all else, guard your heart, for it affects everything you do. Avoid all perverse talk; stay far from corrupt speech. NLT Do you desire to dream a dream, see a bright future, lose your fears, get past your limitations, and fulfill God’s plan for your life? There are no limitations to your heavenly partner; therefore there are no limitations you cannot overcome. We ourselves are co-workers with God.
Let’s look at one more passage from God’s Word. Jeremiah 29:11-12 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. NKJV
As the Lord said to Pastor Happy Caldwell, “If you can’t conceive it, you can’t receive it.” So we must be able to see it on the inside before it can become a reality in the natural realm. There is a treasure in you because God said so. You know there is more for you than where you are right now. Believe you are on the verge of changing the conditions and limitations inside. Begin today to think of becoming a bold person.

Prayer: Father, in Jesus name, help me to shine your light in my heart to live boldly and fearlessly. To be able to see things clearly so that I can enjoy and prosper in all you have given me through Jesus. Amen
